Police have charged a 50-year-old man after items worth around £12,000 and £1,000 in cash were allegedly stolen.
The high-value burglaries are alleged to have happened at addresses in Penwortham and Walton-la-Dale in Preston in March and on Monday this week (15 April).
Police said watches, jewellery and electrical equipment worth around £12,000 were taken along with around £1,000 in cash.
On Wednesday a man was arrested on suspicion of burglary in a dwelling and fraud by false representation.
Nathan Redmond, of St James Court, Lostock Hall, has now been charged with two counts of burglary and four counts of fraud by false representation.
He has been remanded into custody and will appear before Preston Magistrates' Court today (Thursday).
